1. I JUST PLACED AN ORDER—WHEN WILL IT SHIP?
We work hard to ship orders as quickly as possible. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing before your order is dispatched. Shipping times vary depending on your location. You can find estimated delivery times on the product pages. If not specified, please expect delivery within 2-4 weeks.
Tracking numbers will be provided 3-5 days after your order has shipped. If you haven't received a tracking number within 7 business days, please reach out to us via email.
2. HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

4. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
For returns, items must be in original condition within 30 days, with no visible damage, intact packaging, and not worn or damaged. Any sign of damage voids the Enviktos guarantee. Contact support@enviktos.com returns, with your order number and reason. Return shipping is your responsibility. Refunds are processed upon inspection, and email us if not received within 2-3 days.
5. HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
You can track your order through our Track Order page by providing your tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipping. If you encounter any issues or need further assistance with tracking your order, please don't hesitate to reach out to our customer service team for support.
6. I ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS—WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If you entered an incorrect address due to a typo or autofill, please reply to your order confirmation email as soon as possible to confirm the correction. Once you've double-checked your address and found an error, kindly notify us via email.
We can update your address within 8 hours of placing the order. After this timeframe, changes cannot be made, and refunds will not be issued for incorrect submissions.
7. HOW DOES THE SIZING ON CLOTHING TAGS COMPARE TO THE SIZE I ORDERED?
The size tag on your clothing may display a size 2-3 sizes larger than what you ordered. This is due to variations in the manufacturing process. However, rest assured that the actual fit of the clothing matches the size you selected at checkout.
